Circular Economy policy plan
I developed a Circular Economy policy plan for the Municipality of Aalten in the Netherlands, utilizing my skills in policy development and community engagement. The goal was to provide strategic advice on how to stimulate businesses and citizens to transition to a circular economy. I conducted comprehensive interviews and surveys with local businesses and residents, using the insights gathered to craft a long-term plan for the municipality.
Sustainable marketing plan
I developed a sustainable marketing plan for Ecoeuros, leveraging my expertise in market research and strategic planning. The goal was to provide actionable advice on encouraging students to use their reverse vending machine. I conducted in-depth interviews and surveys among students at Rotterdam Business School, using the data gathered to formulate tailored recommendations for Ecoeuros.
Strategic marketing plan
For Archivo Nacional Aruba, I developed a strategic marketing plan to enhance their social media outreach to individuals aged 18 to 35. Utilizing my skills in market research and data analysis, I conducted surveys within this demographic and formulated targeted recommendations based on the insights gathered.
Sustainability expert
As a sustainability expert I leveraged my expertise in environmental strategy and event management to engage small and medium-sized businesses as partners of MVO Netherlands. Additionally, I utilized my skills in communication and project coordination to create and organize impactful webinars and events focused on sustainability for businesses in the Netherlands
